Case Management
Case Managers provide guidance and direction to individuals requiring
youth services in Southern Alberta. They are an excellent source of information
on youth related programs, services and opportunities in Lethbridge and the
surrounding area.
Case Managers meet one-on-one with youth and through an intake and
assessment process, assist them to access programs and services that will
meet their employment, career, social and/or educational needs and goals.
The Case Managers maintain a client centered, solution- focused approach
to assist youth. Whether an individual requires information, direction or
help in accessing programs and services, a Case Manager is available to help.
