Reach-Up
The Reach-Up program assists youth with disabilities to learn employability and life skills, develop work skills, and obtain and retain employment. Youth have access to workshops and the opportunity to obtain paid work experience. The Reach-Up program is available to youth 15 to 30 years of age who self-identify as having a disability that is a barrier to employment.
Youth receive assistance with gaining the skills, knowledge and work experience that they require to participate in the job market by attending workshops and job shadows. They receive support in securing paid work experience in conjunction with the program.
